## History

The team started in 2015 in the San Francisco Bay Area, doing AI research and custom ecommerce integrations for some of the world’s biggest brands. Rebilder points that experience at one shift: AI agents became real shoppers, and the pages they read were never built for them.

## Reliability by architecture

The gateway runs in the customer’s own stack. A customer’s pages answer agents even if every Rebilder server is offline.
