• Plans and pricingFree is the permanent sensor layer: $0 forever, no card. Pro is one flat price ($99/mo, or $990/yr for two months free) and unlocks the full Console; Agency runs the same Console across up to 25 properties for $499/mo; Transact is not yet charging anyone.
• Upgrade to ProHow checkout actually works: pick annual or monthly on the Billing page, pay through Stripe, and manage or cancel any time through the Stripe Billing Portal.
