- **Summary:** Review customer questions, answer drafts and website responses for your selected site, with a next step based on its recorded activity.

Your business workspace opens on one selected website. Use the site switcher to work on another; links to Console pages carry your selection with them. The connection status distinguishes a verified response from requests arriving without response verification.



## Start with the next useful step

A failed connection check comes first. Otherwise, the workspace offers a first page scan, connection verification, recorded improvements or request review according to the information available. Scanning does not require installation. A verified connection with no requests can still be used to review your source information.

## Customer questions and answer drafts

- Customer questions cover the last 30 days. Pro shows observed query text, its request count and any searches that returned no results. Open Insights for the full question view. Free shows an explicitly illustrative example, not an observation about your business.
- Answer previews show drafts awaiting review when your subscription includes Answers access. Check the sources before approving. Approval makes an answer available for delivery; self-hosted websites must still fetch and serve it.
- An empty question list means no query text was recorded in this window, not that your website has no visitors. Some requests contain no question. A loading failure is labeled separately from an empty list.
- If no drafts await review, open Answers to check drafting status. The workspace does not generate or publish an answer on demand.

## Understand the activity window

The activity summary covers 7 days and the response trend covers 14 days. Structured responses count markdown or protocol replies; gaps indicate days without observations.

## When you are getting started

The setup checklist tracks the website connection, recorded requests, a first scan and available findings. If your organization has no websites, choose Add your website. A missing configuration or unavailable data is reported separately so it is not mistaken for a successful empty result.
