## Organization

The Organization card shows your organization’s name and your role in it: Owner, Admin or Member. The person who created the organization is its owner.

## Team

The Team card lists everyone in your organization with their role and the date they joined. Owners and admins manage the team, sites and billing, and review answers. Only an owner can make someone an owner or remove one, and an organization always keeps at least one owner. Every member can view every page, create API keys and change notification settings.

To change a role, pick it and choose Save role. Remove takes someone off the team after you confirm. To leave, choose Leave, then Leave organization. The last owner cannot leave.

## Invite a teammate

When the Team card shows Invite a teammate, owners and admins add people there. Enter an email address and a role, then choose Send invitation. We email the invitation, and you can copy the link too. It expires after 7 days. Pending invitations lists the open ones, with Resend and Revoke.

Your teammate opens the link, signs in or creates an account with the invited address, and chooses Join. If your Team card has no invitation form, email support@rebilder.com to add someone.

## Sites and API keys

Each site has its own card with its platform, site ID, the date it was added and its active API key, shown as a `sha256:` fingerprint, or None.

Create an API key gives a site its first key. On a site that has one, Create a new key asks you to confirm, then replaces the current key at once and shows the new key one time. We keep only its hash, so copy it before you leave the page.

Owners and admins also edit a site’s name, domain or platform, and add sites in Add a site, up to the plan’s allowance. When a site card shows Remove site, removing it revokes its keys and keeps its history. Removed sites lets you restore it later with a new key.

## Notifications

- Site health alerts: we check each site every day and email you when AI assistants stop getting answers, when pages served as markdown start returning HTML, or when a page’s Readiness score drops. Included on every plan.
- Weekly digest: one email a week with your sites’ numbers. Set an address to turn it on and clear it to turn it off. Included with Solo, Pro and Agency.

Where alerts have their own setting, you can turn them on or off and choose their address. Otherwise they go to the weekly digest address.

## Presentation updates and activity

A self-hosted SDK can receive tested presentation updates. Turn them on in Autopilot, then create an update key for the site under SDK presentation updates. It is separate from the site’s API key.

When Settings shows an Activity card, it lists changes your team made, newest first: answer reviews, Autopilot runs and settings, customer checks, invitations, site changes and keys.
