What is Rebilder?
Rebilder makes your store readable to AI shopping agents — and shows you exactly which agents visit and what they were served.
AI agents — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and the tools built on them — already visit stores on behalf of shoppers. They don’t want your themed page with menus, scripts, and pop-ups; they want the facts: product, price, availability, shipping, returns. Rebilder is the layer that gives them exactly that.
The two pieces
- The Agent Gateway — a small piece of software your developer installs in front of your store. When an AI agent asks for a page, the gateway answers with a clean, compact text version of the same page (markdown). Every other visitor — humans, Google — gets your normal site, completely unchanged.
- The Console — this dashboard at rebilder.com/console. It shows which agents visited, what they asked for, what they were served, and lets you preview any page of your store the way an agent sees it.
A third piece — automatically composed page variants for human visitors (Compose) — is on the roadmap and will join the Pro tier in a later phase. It is not live yet, and you are not paying for it.

The honesty rule behind it
The markdown an agent receives is a format change, not a content change: the same prices, availability, and policies as the page a human sees. Search engines like Google always get your normal HTML. This “same substance, different format” rule is built into the gateway and is what keeps your store safe from cloaking concerns.
