I can’t sign in

Magic link never arrived (or doesn’t work)

• Check spam/junk first, since the link comes by email.
• Links are single-use and expire: request a fresh one from the login page (“Email me a magic link”) rather than reusing an old email.
• If the link errors out, the login page shows the reason. Request a new link and use the newest email.

Password sign-in

• Passwords are at least 8 characters and include a number.
• New accounts must confirm their email first, because the confirmation link from signup is what activates the account and signs you in.
• Locked out? Use the magic link to sign in; it works whether or not you remember the password. Contact support if the address on the account is no longer reachable.

Signed in, but I see “Get started” instead of the dashboard

The Console only shows organizations your user is a member of. If your teammate created your company’s organization, your fresh account isn’t in it, so the Console offers to create a new one. Don’t create a duplicate: email support@rebilder.com and we will add you to the existing organization.
