One organization can hold several stores — each with its own ID and key — with a switcher on the per-store surfaces.

How multiple stores appear in the Console

Overview shows one card per store, side by side.
Agent visits and Install get a store switcher — pill buttons at the top — when your organization has more than one store.
Settings lists every store in the Stores & API keys table.

Keys are per store

Every store has its own store ID and its own API key, and a key can only ever write its own store’s events. Rotating one store’s key does not affect the others. Install each store with its own credentials from the Install page (use the switcher to select the store before copying).

Adding another store — honest v1 status

The guided setup covers your FIRST store, and the Console doesn’t yet expose a self-serve “add another store” flow once you have one. To attach additional stores to your organization today, contact support with the domain and platform of each store — they are added on our side and then appear everywhere with their own keys.
