Your data rights

Your organization’s data is yours. Take a copy of it or have it erased, on request, at no charge.

The posture

Merchant data export and deletion (in the GDPR/CCPA sense) are part of Rebilder’s security commitments: your organization’s data is yours, you can take a copy of it, and you can have it erased.

How to exercise them

Both run through support, so a request is read by a person rather than filed into a queue:

  1. Email support@rebilder.com from the email address on your Console account.
  2. Say what you want (an export of your data, or deletion) and name your organization and store domain(s).
  3. Deletion covers your organization, its stores, their API keys, all recorded events, and any reported order outcomes for those stores.

We acknowledge within 5 working days and complete within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking changes nothing about how we treat your account.
