Export and deletion are committed from day one — honestly, in v1 both run through support rather than a self-serve button.

The posture

Merchant data export and deletion (in the GDPR/CCPA sense) are part of Rebilder’s security commitments from day one: your organization’s data is yours, you can take a copy of it, and you can have it erased.

How it works in v1 — honestly

There is no self-serve “Export my data” or “Delete my organization” button in the Console yet. Both are handled by support:

  1. Email support@rebilder.com from the email address on your Console account.
  2. Say what you want — an export of your data, or deletion — and name your organization and store domain(s).
  3. Deletion covers your organization, its stores, their API keys, all recorded events, and any reported order outcomes for those stores.
