# [Your data rights](https://rebilder.com/help/trust/your-data-rights)

- **Summary:** Your organization’s data is yours. Take a copy of it or have it erased, on request, at no charge.

## Your options

Your organization’s data is yours. You can take a copy of it and have it erased.

For a quick copy of your records, AI visits has Download CSV on every plan. On Solo, Pro and Agency, Pages and Customer questions have their own downloads.

## How to exercise them

For a full export or deletion, email the privacy team:

1. Email privacy@rebilder.com from the email address on your Console account.
2. Say what you want (an export of your data, or deletion) and name your organization and site domain(s).
3. Deletion covers your organization, its sites, their API keys, all recorded events, and any reported order outcomes for those sites.

We acknowledge within 5 working days and complete within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking changes nothing about how we treat your account.

> Published aggregate statistics are handled under the Privacy Policy’s retention and deletion terms.
