> Live service status for Rebilder’s hosted surfaces. The customer-facing gateway runs in each customer’s own stack, so customer sites answer agents even when Rebilder’s hosted surfaces are down.

## What this covers

The status page checks the hosted API and the Console database live on every load. A customer’s own agent serving is unaffected by design: the gateway runs in their infrastructure.

Incidents affecting hosted surfaces are noted on the status page. For anything urgent, email support@rebilder.com.
